I promise there really was a baking project this past weekend. I'm just having a hard time locating my camera that I took the pictures on... I was at my mom's for the weekend so part of me is concerned I might have left it there... Regardless, I'll go ahead and let everyone in on the recipe because it is SO GOOD!!!
My little sister graduated on Saturday (when did my little sister who is taller than me get old enough to graduate??) so for her graduation meal, which included entirely too much food to begin with, I made a white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. I can tell you right now, I could make this on a weekly basis and probably wouldn't ever get sick of it. I think my favorite part of it is you don't melt the white chocolate before adding it, so when you're eating it you occasionally bite into a piece that has a partially melted chocolate chip...that might sound weird, but it's just divine.
Here is the recipe. I HIGHLY recommend it. Also, as soon as I have pictures, I will post them. Y'all definitely shouldn't miss out on seeing my 2 year old niece eat the cake :).
