Well, unfortunately I didn't get around to a baking project this past weekend. I know, I'm sorry. It will never happen again. I did find my camera and Blogger has decided to cooperate so here are the pictures from the previous weekends endeavor :)

I'm not going to lie, I think my cheesecakes taste alright, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to avoid cracks. Does anyone have any advice for non-cracking cheesecakes?
And here is one of the most adorable people in all existence. My niece, Heidi, thoroughly enjoyed the cake. When you ask her to say cheese, this is the result... For some reason she thinks it means squinting really hard. Like I said, adorable. The adorable gene comes through the mother's side from the eldest aunt (that would be me).
